Counseling and Support Groups

For many individuals who have experienced sexual violence, attending individual counseling and/or joining a support group can be a key source of help on the road toward healing. Whether you want to seek these services immediately, or wait several months (or longer) after experiencing sexual violence, your response is normal. You are free to seek help according to your own timeline.
